Returns Policy: 
Your satisfaction is very important!   Please call 240-320-4338 if you would like to return The Gift Box for any reason.  Shipping charges are not reimbursed.
For incorrect shipments or claims for damaged or defective merchandise must be made within 5 days of receipt.  Call 240-320-4338 before shipping it back.  If damaged from shipping, save all damaged items in the original packaging for inspection by carrier. 
 
Fabrics and Gift Items: 
Please call 240-320-4338 if you would like additional fabric choices.  Inside fabrics may vary from pictures shown.   Gift items may vary slightly due to the fact that some items come in an assortment when ordered or they have been discontinued. The Gift Box size is 11L x 9 1/2W x 7 1/4H.
